Thank you for your interest in becoming a patient in our office! Here are the steps to follow to get started:
Schedule An Initial Consultation
To schedule your initial consultation, call one of our friendly staff at (813) 253-2333. If you are traveling more than 2 hours by car to our office, or if you are flying in from out of the area please let us know when you schedule so that we ensure we have enough time scheduled for your initial visit.
To request an appointment online, simply fill out the form below. When you submit your appointment request, one of our friendly staff will call you back at your convenience, and assure you get scheduled for the next available appointment.
What Happens Next
Once your appointment has been set we will email, or if you prefer, snail mail you the new patient forms which you will bring with you for your initial consultation with Dr. Lanzisera. Also bring with you any recent lab reports.
On the day of your consultation, Dr. Lanzisera, DC will consult with you about the details of your case. Please arrive with your intake forms completed and with any past lab work results.

Dr. Frank Lanzisera, DC will consult with you about the details of your case and perform a thorough physical examination with neurological testing and metabolic assessment. Dr. Lanzisera will review your examination findings with you, inform you if he will accept your case and, if he feels he can help you, give you his best treatment recommendations.
In some cases, you may also consult with nurse practitoner, Lauren DeNeve, APRN.
Dr. Lanzisera applies natural methods to help those with chronic thyroid conditions, working in conjunction with your primary care medical doctor and endocrinologist specialist. When applicable he employs present day natural methods as an adjunct to help improve your condition.
